If you end up just wanting an all-mountain oriented deck than look inbetween for the 154-156 range, As I posted on the other question you asked with a size 11 boot you’ll be fine on pretty much any regular board with around a mid 24 to 25 waist width, if you go lower than 24 than theirs a higher possibility for toe drag obviously .

In regular shoes, I wear a size 6.5 I’ve never gone snowboarding before, so I thought I’d try to buy an affordable pair (and a board, too) from online. My question is: Do the sizes for snowboard boots coincide with the sizes for "regular" shoes? Also, any tips on finding a great deal for a snowboard and boots? Thanks for your time!

I think it depends a lot on the brand. I know that DC boots tend to run 1/2 size smaller, so you are better off to get 1/2 size larger than you would in regular shoes. If ordering on-line I would recommend you do the on-line chat with someone to ask them what they know regarding the sizing of the brand you intend to buy. That way you’ll know if you should size up or down.
