well, its different …
well, its different with every person, so nobody could just tell you. try out frontside and backside, whichever feels more natural is the easiest for you.

What do i have to do, if i collect to much speed in the spin? i always turn to far… like a 450, then i finish it in 540, because i will fall down otherwise, but how do i slow down in air?
